Revisiting old world techniques and combining them with modern winemaking has encouraged us to ferment and age our Sauvignon Blanc “Sur Lie” for 18 months in concrete egg-shaped tanks. Stunning brightness, pale golden straw in color. Intense energy and bright aromatics of starfruit, lime leaf, guava, earth and ripe golden delicious apple burst from the glass. Mouthwatering acidity on the palate alongside flavors of herbs, white peach and nectarine.

"This bottling, named the Southwest Facing Sauvignon Blanc, is from the Yakima Valley site, Boushey Vineyard and aged sur lie for 18 months in concrete eggs. An excellent mineral character lifts the wine, with aromas of green mangoes and lush pineapple. Soaring acids highlight ripe Meyer lemon, gorgeous tropical fruits and a note of freshly sliced Granny Smith apple to the finish. Delicious."
